Did you know Vets for Compassion is the only veterinary organisation in Victoria that responds to animals of all species? Not just native wildlife, but companion and farm animals too!

Alongside our field rescues, our vets and vet nurses care for the sweet souls waiting for their forever home at our wonderful partner rescue Forever Friends Animal Rescue.

In the month of September, the Vets for Compassion team helped 130 cats and dogs. Here’s how we helped:

  • 75 animals de-sexed
  • 16 other veterinary procedures performed
  • $27,602.27 saved on vet bills for our rescue partner

Every consult, de-sexing and procedure means a rescue animal gets the care they need, and more of of our partners’ funds can go towards saving even more lives.

Thank you for helping to make this work possible.
