Dr. Audrey Shen
Board Member, Veterinarian, Darter
Dr. Audrey Shen graduated from Sydney University in 2005 and has spent most of her career with small animals, building a practice and mobile vet service across Sydney and Brisbane.
In the last five years, Dr. Audrey has been heavily involved with Australian wildlife, volunteering with rescue groups and Vets for Compassion during the 2019 – 2020 bushfires and 2022 floods.
At the end of 2020, after she helped treat and release over 20 burnt affected Kangaroos near Canberra, she stayed on to help design and build a dedicated wildlife hospital in PossumWood Wildlife Sanctuary (Bungendore, NSW), which is dedicated to all the animals that perished during the 2019 – 2020 bushfires.
