These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the Vets For Compassion, Inc. (“VFC”) website (“Website”). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website.

1. Purchases
   All purchases made through the Website are subject to availability. VFC reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased and to refuse or cancel any order placed through the Website. In the event that an item is out of stock or unavailable, VFC will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative product
2. Payment
   All prices on the Website are in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes. Payment for purchases must be made by credit card, PayPal, or another payment method as specified on the Website. You must provide accurate and complete payment information when making a purchase.
3. Shipping
   VFC ships merchandise to locations within Australia and internationally. All shipping charges are calculated at the time of purchase and added to the total cost of the order. VFC will make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. VFC is not responsible for any customs or import duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by authorities in the destination country.

You must contact VFC to obtain a return authorisation before returning any merchandise. VFC is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the merchandise was damaged or defective when received.
